DO I NEED OFF-ROAD EXPERIENCE?
None required. Your guide handles navigation. You can ride with them, or drive your own machine & follow. The choice is yours.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The side-by-side is fully enclosed and the tour takes place rain or shine. Stay inside and stay dry, or jump out and splash in the mud. Gear up and get ready for a good time.
HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN THE RIDGE CREW?
The 2025 Kawasaki Ridge Crew seats up to 4 passengers each. There are two machines, so we can take 7+ your guide. If you have small kids, send us a message about adding them. We can fit more based on size.
IS IT SAFE?
Road-worth seatbelts, trained guides, and a roll-cage-equipped machine. We've run thousands of rides without incident. Safety is our baseline, not our pitch.
WHERE DO I MEET YOU?
After booking, you'll receive a text with exact meetup coordinates. It's not a public address β that's part of the experience.
CAN I BRING MY PHONE OR CAMERA?
Yes! Bring that & food, along with anything else you'd like. You'll even have room for a small cooler if you want to keep anything cool.
WHAT DO I BRING?
We recommend long-sleeve shirts and long pants. Dress according to the weather & bring extra layers like a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt in case of weather changes. And if you want anything to eat or drink, bring a backpack with water, snacks, bug spray, and sunscreen.
IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
Yes. It will make you nervous in specific places, but the entire route is safe, and family friendly. You will follow a guide, and listen to their guidance as you drive through creeks and up steep hills.
WHAT ARE RIDER REQUIREMENTS?
To ensure the safety of all guests and the integrity of our adventure, we have established a few requirements for this tour. All drivers must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Any driver carrying a minor passenger must be at least 25 years old.
Every participant must be of sound mind and sober during their ride.
CANCELLATION POLICY?
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality experiences, tailored to our guests. Because our tours are highly specialized and we maintain limited availability, we have instituted the following policies to protect the quality of our service and the schedules of our expert guides. No reschedules allowed within 7 days of your ride. There is a $50 change fee to cover administrative costs for reschedules. To ensure your adventure starts on time, please be ready at your designated meeting point at least 30-minutes prior to your tour start time; late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture without a refund. Finally, your safety is our absolute priority. We reserve the right to decline any participant whose behavior, health, or mental condition impedes the tourβs operation. If a participant arrives intoxicated or is unable to safely operate the equipment, their seat will be cancelled and no refund will be given. If, for any reason, there is no machine or guide available the date of your tour we will do our best to reschedule first. If that is not possible, we will refund your tour.
