  • Communication Data: Records of your correspondence with us, including SMS messages and emails — for example, the text we send with your tour’s meetup location.

3. SMS Opt-In and Messaging Details

Purpose of Messaging: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) regarding your booking — including your meetup location and tour reminders — as well as occasional marketing messages from Coalbank Holler Adventures.

Consent is Personal: Your consent is tied to the specific mobile number you provide and is not a condition of booking a tour.

We share information with the service providers that run our business — including our booking and scheduling platform, our marketing and guest-communication platform (including SMS), and our payment processor — only as necessary to manage your booking or deliver your tour. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with any third party.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to remember your preferences and analyze site traffic, including advertising cookies (such as Meta Pixel) and analytics cookies that help us understand site traffic and measure ad performance. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of our booking process may not function correctly if you do.
